A6 Stationery Invitation Workflow

Order

You will need to know the invitation design name, the package option and the quantity to place your order.

• Note invitation design name, the package option and quantity.
• Complete online order form to place your order.

Estimate/Invitation Questionnaire

Within 1-2 business days you will receive two separate emails. The first will contain the project estimate.

• Review the project estimate.
• 'Accept' the project estimate.

The second will be a welcome email with the Invitation Questionnaire (IQ) attached. The IQ is where we will gather all the wording and color details.

• Review welcome email.
• Complete IQ.
• Return completed IQ to andreav@avdezine.com.

Initial Proofs/Invoice

We will then create your electronic proofs. Typically initial proofs are ready within 3-5 business days.

• Review initial proofs.
• Complete online proof approval form.

You will also receive the project invoice.

• Review project invoice.
• Make payment.

Revised Proofs

The initial proofs will be updated and typically within 1-3 business days you will receive the revised proofs.

• Review revised proofs.
• Complete online proof approval form.

Final Proofs

The revised proofs will be updated and typically within 1-3 business days you will receive the final proofs.

• Review final proofs.
• Complete online proof approval form.

Please note that if modifications requested during the final proof approval are deemed substantial you may be charged additional design fees.

Printing

Upon receipt of final proof approval, items will be formatted and prepped for printing. Please note that items will not be sent for print until we have received at least 50% of project fee.

• Make payment.

It typically takes 10-14 business day for us to receive printed items. You will receive an email once we have submitted for print with the estimated date of arrival to our facility.

• Receive estimated date of arrival at our facility.

Delivery

Once we receive and review items, we will process for shipping. Please note that full payment is due prior to delivery and items will not be shipped until all project fees have been paid.

• Submit any final payments.

You will receive an email with the shipment date and estimated arrival.

• Receive shipment details.
• Receive items.
